Net One offers internet and fixed telephone services to over 60 thousand clients, in 13 provinces in the national territory, operating with the internet via WiMAX and making available YahClick, a high speed internet service via satellite.
Committed to the development of Angola, Net One presents a flexible and segmented offer, allowing it to operate simultaneously in the corporate and residential markets, and offering hotspot Wi-Fi.
Net One services are based on two different technologies: WiMAX, which offers broad band internet connection in regions with no cable infrastructures; and VSAT KA band, an innovative data transmission service via satellite allowing speeds of up to 15 Mbps at competitive prices in areas not yet covered by WiMAX.
The communication strategy of Net One is based on three fundamental axis – internet, point of sale and traditional media.
In 2013 its major investments were once again on the internet channel, a strategic bet with surprising outcomes. Partnerships with reference portals, social media, “landing pages”, and a rigorous management of e-mail contacts lead to a reinforcement of notoriousness, better knowledge, affinity with the market segments and commercial results associated to on-line campaigns.
During 2013 there were also several product and seasonal campaigns, including a promotion of YahClick; “Cacimbo Month”; “Valentine’s Month”; and a multimedia campaign for the launch of MUVON, the landmark in terms of Brand communication.
