Equitel’s banking services include sending and receiving money, withdrawing cash from ATMs or Agents using the mobile phone, accessing loans and viewing account status. Today, Equitel has nearly 2 Million subscribers and has been the fastest growing operator in mobile money transfer services.

Equity Bank launched the Eazzy Banking suite of digital banking products in 2016, aimed to suit today’s lifestyle offering freedom, choice and control, while transforming society toward being cash-lite or cashless.

Equity Group Foundation (EGF) has trained over 1.6 million Kenyan women and youths in financial education, and provided a three year entrepreneurship training to more than 25,000 entrepreneurs to help increase business stability, performance and productivity.

Equity, in partnership with Mastercard Foundation, runs the “Wings to Fly” programme that has benefitted more than 15,000 scholars, and is the largest comprehensive secondary school education scholarship and leadership program in Africa.
